Federal Signal's HighLighter halogen mini-lightbar is a trademark to work truck, volunteer fire and command vehicles with its SAE Class 1 approval. This halogen mini-lightbar produces an effective 80,000 candelas per flash rotator and operates at 12 VDC. This model features two highly polished parabolic reflectors which rotate at 95 flashes per minute producing 80,000 candelas each. This HighLighter model also uses a standard diagonal mirror between two 55-watt halogen rotators to create more than 285 flashes per minute.
